Here is another post on the forum at the Wealthy Affiliates that has some great resources in it about copy writing.
And it’s another great example of a question you can ask and the type of answers you will get on the Wealthy Affiliates Forum. It’s really great!
Hi Everyone,
Any suggestions for the best copy writing course in the market?
Thanks!

Clayton Makepeace’s free stuff is awesome. He is one of the best copy writers out there and a good teacher too.
Dan Kennedy, I don’t have his link handy, you’ll have to look him up.
He has a book on copy writing that’s cheap and will teach you anything you need to know. Known for his no “BS” approach.
Gary Bencivenga and John Carlton. I don’t have their links but worth looking up. I think you can find links to them on Makepeace’s web site.
I think these are the top 4 copywriters still alive.
You’ll also find a ton of guys advertising on the Warrior Forum but none of them hold a candle to these 4.
I haven’t taken a course from anyone but with Makepeace’s free newsletter and Kennedy’s books, you’ll get an copy writing education that can’t be beat.

Yeah, I’d second John Carlton, pretty much the best copy writer on the planet, his free stuff on his site is good.
Also, Frank Kern is pretty good at copy too, he wrote the stompernet sales page. Basically, you can look at these various sales pages and model yours on it. Through practise, they get better. I tend to use good ol’ A.I.D.A formula.

Yes the The Gary Halbert Letter” is great free resource and Dan Kennedy is Good too.
I also like Gary Benchivenga’s marketing bullets at: http://www.marketingbullets.com
I think it’s a good practice to study one great Ad written by a world class copywriter a day.
Eventually things start to emerge…
